SYRACUSE, NY — Regan’s Acts of Kindness Children’s Ornament Drive is underway to brighten the holiday season for Central New York children and their families.
The group is asking people to buy an ornament and drop it off at participating locations by Nov. 29.
Ornaments will be given to babies born at St. Joseph’s Health Hospital and children who are patients at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital.
Regan Elizabeth Shetsky was taken from her family on Jan. 4, 2017 when she was hit by a car in her nursery school parking lot in Syracuse. Regan was 3 years old, about to turn 4. Her family says she was a, “spunky, bubbly, and funny girl.”
