SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – The family of a 3-year-old hit and killed by a car in her nursery school parking lot in January has launched a program in her memory – “Regan’s Acts of Kindness.”
The project encourages people to perform random acts of kindness in Regan Shetsky’s name.
Flyers can be printed from the Facebook page dedicated to the cause, and a fund has also been established for several projects, including a pavilion at the Wild Animal Park in Chittenango.

Police are still investigating the incident, and the driver who hit the child has not been charged.
