It’s been about 10 months since a driver hit and killed three-year-old Regan Shetsky in her nursery school parking lot.
The toddler’s legacy continues to live on, though, as her loved ones share acts of kindness in her honor.
‘Regan’s Acts of Kindness’ has set up new playground equipment at Holy Cross School in DeWitt. Regan’s mother Kelly says she loved to climb.
“I immediately knew I wanted to do something that involved climbing, because Regan was a really good climber,” Kelly said. “And she would be dressed to the nines in a dress and sandals and all the accessories, and be at the top of the playground in three seconds or less.”
